I had mailed the hotel informing that I am not able to confirm the booking for an advance purchase rate, and hence he offered me a different rate. I even put a note that it was a special occasion. I had taken few special inclusions confirmation also which is not confirmed during check-in any of the reservation team, put a note, . The room given during the check-in was also not cleaned properly. The curtain and the bed corner had stain, the floor had stain and the glass table was not cleaned properly. The room Service confirmed our order and delivered something else while signing the check when notified the same the boy he said that is just for their internal use. The highlight was the breakfast hour I have never seen anything like this. All the staff were running around and all the other guests were standing in all the live counters and blocking. Had informed the staff that we will come later for breakfast as it was too crowded. Over all the fnb management need to look at it.

The stay was very pleasant and enjoyed by my family. We have always cherished the beaches , the ambience , hospitality and the Caravela property time and again. It was our 4th visit and we loved coming back. Elston made sure that our senior citizen parents are comfortable with the room and facilities. Joane helped us with early checkin. Shavon treated us with refreshing Tender coconut as welcome back gesture. The dining staff was very courteous to allow access to lift to avoid taking stairs for our parents. Thank you Caravela for once again giving us a wonderful time

1. Location - 3/5 - A bit far from the airport, but the beach is just marvellous. It is a very clean and almost private beach with no other resorts nearby. This resort takes approximately 1 hour from the South Goa airport. 2. Cleanliness - 5/5 - Super Clean resort and well maintained 3. Room quality and Furnishing - 5/5 - Very well-furnished rooms 4. Activities - 5/5 Has a nice pool, direct access to the beach, Tennis courts, Golf course and many activities to do within the resort. 5. Breakfast Buffet - 3/5 - Very average buffet. The baked products (all of them, muffins, doughnuts, waffles etc.) were horrible! May be it was the batter itself that was a bit off. All the baked items appeared under-baked. The choice of the menu was quite okay. You get Idli,Dosa, Omlettes, Sausage (chicken and pork), Bacon, every day. But the taste of everything was just okay and not very great. 6. Restaurant Prices - The 2 beachfront restaurants were a bit too expensive. So we did not try the food in them and preferred to just go outside to famous joints such as Martin's Corner, etc. The buffet restaurant that serves breakfast also serves dinner buffet at something like ₹ 1600 or 1800 per person, and they provide a discount coupon for it on the first day to try it for ₹1450 per person or something like that, but looking at the quality of breakfast, we did not bother to try out their dinner buffet at this price point.

Nice breakfast, beach restaurant experience and overall stay till now. Easy checkin and room exoerience, quick response to queries and asks. Good room service and overall facilities, yet to explore spa and kids activities. Thank you Niraj jayanta Shani Manager nitesh chef Tamil ,Prasad, Aman.

This is the second time i am visiting the resort, once was just before covid, helpful staff, excellent facilities, good food, unfortunately we couldn't use the Spa facilities as it was booked, but other than that it was a pleasant experience.
